Here is an Electric Substation to fit in your cities.

It is nice to put in an industrial area, next to a Power Plant, or in a small town where a power plant would be too massive.
The cables are designed to fit with the ingame powerlines, see picture above.
The substation generates 40 MW and some uneducated jobs.
