American medium commercial building - Low density - Lvl 1 3x2 or 3x3 or 3x4 (with a small or bigger garden).

The main model is 914 triangles, 736 edges, 276 faces ; the LOD is 102 triangles.
Main Model with specular, illumination, normal, diffuse and colormask ; LOD with specular, alpha, illumination, colormask and diffuse.
All texture maps are in JPEG. 1024x1024 for main model ; 512 x 512 for LOD model.

For awning colors ; and prop randomizer for more diversity.

I really wish a style like this would be default style of low density commercial in the game.

Megadeth : I'm working on a few lvl 1. 1x2 / 1x3 / 2x2 / 2x3 are planned and will be released in the next few weeks.

Hahaha that makes no sense. Eh i wanted to ask you something, could you make some lvl 1 buildings with the same lot size as your lvl 2's? that way i would be able to make a mainstreet theme with the theme mod because you have to start with lvl 1 buildings. Especially your 1x3 asset because i cant find any lvl 1 asset that is 1x3
