Hi,

This building doesn't seem to spawn.
In output_log.txt I found:
"Building cannot upgrade to next level" and "There is no building that would upgrade"
In your great Brooklyn collection (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=504301654) there don't seem to be a fitting L1, L3, L4, L5 building. Do I have to use mods for the building to spawn, or haven't I just found them?

Thx, well yeah, its mixed use. But the shop is really small compared to the residential area, and I needed a 2nd corner, for variety :D
