With permission form the original poster I am re-uploading an updated version of Unitec with working A.I.
8/11/15: If you want the SHIELD and Zealot techs presets you need to turn the Presets.txt into presets.bat in the rte that is extracted I would have made it a bat myself but steam doesn't like auto scritpers. Also the SHIELD and Zealot techs presets are in different downloads.

Important!Or at least good to know:
If you want a personalized buy list, check Shoplist.ini! You can modify this file to select what you want to have for sale. You can do the same thing for actors.
Open Shoplist.ini and set Buyable = 1 to Buyable = 0 to remove something from the ingame buy list OR
RunPresets.bat and choose your preset file or the campaign file. (Windows only.)
If Presets.bat does not work (non-windows) you'll have to do some manual renaming.
