(SWRC) fixer combine vo replacement

This is a simple addon, my first one as it turns out. It just replaces the combine radiochatter with fixer from Star wars: republic commandos! There should be no residual combine audio left. But let me know if you find any!

IMPORTANT: a large update is coming that will completely restructure how the combine communicate by editing the sentence.txt file. When you see the next update download come back here to get the link to the file (.txt files are ban'd on the workshop) IF YOU DON'T THIS ADDON WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU AFTER THE UPDATE IS PASSED.
