Controls:

Up: Right Control

Down: Up and Down Arrow

Forward: Up Arrow

Back: Down Arrow

Pitch Left: Left Arrow

Pitch Right: Right Arrow

Requires Invincible

Tip: Fly with your left hand and control the cam with your right hand
