Loosely based off of the Gate Financial Center in Dubai I threw a couple of one way roads in the middle.

This is a great building for a "gate" into your financial, office, or highrise districts. It's a great center piece, it commands the sky and says, "Im a great mayor, with great taste, who loves to impose power in the visual architecture of my city".

This model's stats are in the picture stream. There are a few props that you should download on the side bar that will help make this building look rounded out. It's a fully ploppable building - but you must connect it to a road as it has typical sewage/water consumption needs. You can find this building in the UNIQUE BUILDING tab on the last section. I believe I've set the building to be available right away.

ps-the doors look like crap, going to fix that diffuse texture eventually as well. Dunno what I was thinking there...

Auto-Lod. Lod generated by game is decent at the moment and will be updating with a custom-LOD version shortly that will be extremely low-poly.

@templeofdoom, thanks for your reply. I feel you, I haven't been playing it much lately. I actually never thought about editing the asset myself. Thanks for your suggesting that, I will try that next time I feel like playing CS

Hey Mad_Bag - I just saw your comment for some odd reason weeks after you first posted it. I haven't played the game in some time, getting older sucks! :D If you would like to edit the asset without the roads feel free to do so. It's been over a year since I've touched the game and just don't have it installed any longer. You should be able to edit the asset in the asset editor and delete roads and then save the asset with a different name onto your local machine....but I could be wrong, it's been a long time! Good luck.

I really love this kind of buildings with roads in them. I was wondering that the only way to make this asset better, would actually remove the roads, so that users can use the kind of roads (or trainlines, monorail, etc) they want using anarchy. Anyways, thank you for this awesome asset!

kinda late. but this is an awesome and very unique building. especially because the roads go right through it. i like it. i think it deserves way more subs.
