NEW! Updated with night lights!

Add (some) variety to your Level4 residential neighbourhoods... with the Floyd Residence


The residence is a 10 floors - 40 meters tall habitation building, it has been designed to fit well into the existing ingame buildings of this level.

It's standing on a 4x3 parcel and is at Level 4.

The building is 1006 tris and has a custom LOD (82 tris) and custom LOD textures, the textures are 1024 (128 for the Lod).


The building grows in two different colors (dark red or dark blue parts).

can someone tell me the name of the building left next to this? it has suddenly disappeared in my city and i really would like to get it back.

I honestly don't think it looks american. It has some brutalism in it, would be more east european in spirit.

yeah looks great but i needed to know so i would put it in my american collection or not , it became not stays in appartment collection , btw floyd residence on internet got many hits couldnt find yours now i know why
