Port Crane Prop B

I hope you can help. I downloaded this prop plus other props that are not working for me. I must be doing something wrong.
I see this and others in Find It, I select it to place it on map and instead of seeing the item to place, I see an Reddish Orange Dot. And when I click on an area to place, Nothing happens!
I have Prop and Tree Anarchy and Find It Mods, am I missing something?
Almost Every Prop I've downloaded from the workshop I'm having this problem with, I don't know what to do.

I have been looking for someone to make a Goliath Gantry Crane. Would you be up to the task?
