Anthony Carmine for Bill

An updated version of IlGropple©'s Carmine mod ported to Bill with tweaked bone weights and updated textures.
(backpack light/glow textures are temporary until I find better ones).
*Thirdperson Mode recommended for best experience. I tried making FP arms in the past but couldn't get it right. now i am too busy with life to continue working on this mod. im sorry*

Wont be doing the dead corpse for bill because it always shows up invisible ingame but not in HLMV. Sorry, I really am.
