This building is the Level 2 of my office chain, you may need the Level 1 aswell (unless you subscribed to any other 4x4 Level 1 office corner)

Attention: This building will probably spawn A LOT in your citys, its sadly the fault of the gameengine. The game prefers 4x4 lots over any other lotsize, and as there arent any vanilla 4x4 corners, you will end up with tons of these buidings. Im working on different 4x4 corners, to prevent this :)
