Nightlights updated! Office01 4x4 Corner Level 1

Açıklama
-growable (of course)
-working cornerbuilding ( works on all biomes!)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-4x4 Level 1 office building
-1854 triangles
-68 triangles LOD
-9 storys
-diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap
-custom LOD with all these maps aswell
-based on an building in Manhattan

This building starts my first 4x4 office chain.

Attention: This building will probably spawn A LOT in your citys, its sadly the fault of the gameengine. The game prefers 4x4 lots over any other lotsize, and as there arent any vanilla 4x4s, you will end up with tons of these buidings. Im working on different 4x4s, to prevent this :)

This is great.

Would love to see more low/midrise generic corner offices (4x4), since normal game is really lacking in that department.

I wonder if you would let me use this model for an urban metro station combined with a tram stop ? I would basically make a better version of this asset: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=641725116

I would make one of the street facing sides face the street and the other one would face a 2 way tram-only street. I would link back to your asset pages in order to give you credit for the model.

Great work. I'm making a european city but many of these fit in strictly due to the urban nature of the massing. More mostly cube-like buildings please!! Specially in the 8-12 floor range.
