You should be aware that this asset is very simple and its sole purpose is to facilitate the creation of a city in Cities Skylines to unlock the main services faster. So this road system , is aimed at those who want to start a city without failing and reach a population of 3,000 people or more , quickly and easily.
This video shows you how to assemble the asset, and also a quick guide on how to start a city succesfully. Hope you like it, and as always, thank you.
