-growable (of course)
-working cornerbuilding ( works on all biomes!)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-4x4 Level 5 high residental building
~4000 triangles
-14 storys
-diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap
-custom LOD with all these maps aswell
-based on an building in Manhattan

ATTENTION: There are no vanilla 4x4 corner buildings! if you want to have this building growing, you need a Level 1, a Level 2, a Level 3 and a Level 4 4x4 Corner building, to allow the game to upgrade it into this Level 5 building!

no, they grow on all biomes (corners work on the other biomes too)
