HECU Radio voice filter

Beskrivning
====== A Proper HECU Gasmask voice lines were added to the game on the beta branch, as soon it goes to the public branch this pack is gonna be removed. ======

All HECU voices pitched down and with radio filter similar to Half-Life.

You may need to type snd_restart on console for the sound mod to work!
Or move the workshop content to a custom folder.

Hey man, please don't remove this, I personally prefer these sounds over the one CC made. Is there any chance you could update this to only affect the masked grunts?

To all of you who wanted the gasmasks only to have the filter, CC has answered your prayers. in the public beta, the hecu gasmasks have new voices now

the new voices just aren't good I'm sorry. I know this tries to fix it but it just sounds so fake and try hard, like what someone thinks "sounds cool".
