If you do not specify the size of the roses at random it would probably not be a problem. But I did not make for a prop.

The reason for this is two. When I first moved to the center to create a rose.
Second, I have been given a rose the size randomly.
Both because of its location changes frequently.

I have problems when I use the rose bushes as a prop in the Asset Editor.

I built a park in the Asset Editor, and everything worked fine.

It was when I placed the completed park in-game, that I had problems.

The rose bush props, when used in an asset like a park DO NOT stay where you put them within the asset. They move around, in some cases, pretty severely in relation to where they were originally placed in the Asset Editor.

This is a problem because I was designing parks and gardens like you would see at a palace, with carefully placed flowers, plants, and hedges etc.

Your other flower props work perfectly fine, when used in the Asset Editor, it is just the Rose Bush props.

Has anyone had issues with the bushes moving around when placed in an asset, like a park?
