I believe there is a mod that lets you use props during the game. "More Beautification", I think is the name. its a place to start anyway.

Hi! I'm new to the game. I read that the fence appears when I use the editor. But is there any way to use it during the game? I would like to surround some areas freely, without a planned format. Hugs from Brazil...

Hi Soldyne, this one from 2015 really is a classic CS asset, I used it a lot.
But I think it would be great to have it in 2019 as a network version.
Could you make that happen?
