Good job! It looks Amazing and perfectly fits some level 5 residentials (looks nearly the same, dont know if its vanilla lvl 5 or any DLC (maybe hightec?)

Weduku - It shouldn't change the crime rate around the building - just in the building itself. I don't think it actually does too much for your cities.

Looks good, but crime rate is insane... I have 3 police stations literally right next to it, and crime is still off the scale!
