Normal and other maps are from CrazyBump or InsaneBump (plug in for GIMP).
Models created in Blender.

sorry it wasn't fixed earlier. I did a complete LOD refresh a while back for all of my assets. guess I just missed this one.

@wabbithunta You can do that with my mod Rainfall and the appropriate Storm Drain Assets . The inlet uses this prop.

No idea if this is what you were thinking or have done so but what would be handy, would be the ability for this storm drain to actually drain water away.. ie, after a flood. Or am I asking too much? ;-)

@soldyne Thanks, I was intending to. I may need to link to it as well. I'm not sure if when if I upload the asset, if people will need to download the prop separately for it to work. I'm new to CS modding.
