-stats based off of "cathedral of plentitude"(Level 6)

-11x5 size

-Heavily inspired by the "Wynn" casino from vegas.

Nice, but it shows up as a residential building and placing it in a tourist commercial district will result in a steady stream of medical emergency vehicles, carting off the sick from noise pollution.

This asset looks great in my city, thanks for creating it. I was a bit slow on the uptake on why it was called Loss (Wynn > Loss).
