Yes I have a trailer park :) Now thanks to these. I know these are older but I love them :)

These can be plopped or used with building themes. You can also clone them with building themes for them to grow into themselves so they don't change FYI :)

since these are all L1, they cannot upgrade to another lot size.

I mean that If you download all lot sizes for this building, your increase the chances of this building to appear in your city. If you download 1x2, 2x2, and 3x3 lots, this building will grow in 1x2,1x3,1x4, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, 3x3, and 3x4. This increases the possible lots this building can grow.

I don't understand what you mean about or these to grow.. I mean 1x2 has to be placed on a 1x2to4 spot and the 2x2 needs 2x2 to 4 spot how can they grow if you have to make 2x2 how will it up grade to a 3x3? or however they upgrade

You can create your own trailer park by simply zoning the lot size that this grows on. However, you would have to demolish any buildings that show up that aren't this one. I have a smaller lot size available that you might suit you better for creating a rural trailer park.

I love these .have you thought of making a trailer park or maybe make them as plopables so we can make are own trailer park.
