Something is wrong with this. Placed it next to garbage collection faclity and made sure there is no pollution. Still killed half of the population before i reloaded a save.... be aware.

Mod works fine for me, you just need good trash collection to clean the clearifier out, and watch out that it's not placed near any pollution because it works like a water tower.

This asset has always worked for me, make sure you do not place it on or near any pollution. It will suck up the pollution and make everyone sick, just like all water intakes.

Can confirm: BROKEN MOD - DO NOT INSTALL.
Once built, citizens go sick and start dying massively. Its like a nuke to your water/health systems.

Edit: You know what Instakill is? That is nothing compared to this.
