Due to my cims turning from hardened to heartless,
you may be the only one looking at this failed delivery.

And as there was zero request for it, it is a park with zero effect. ;)

This comes handy. So you can use it just for decoration.
I kept it theme-clean, so it's more likely to place it multiple
times and can be decorated with poppables and trees individually.

It is the same truck like the Suburban one. And I re-used some other custom props too:
Subscriber bonus I guess. ;) It's still the best for this scenario available.
Overall this asset uses a minimum of custom props because
there is a minimum of custom ones provided. So let's credit what we've got and check out the guys
who do provide, see required items.

This is meant to be a more flexible addition to the series.
Otherwise the truck would have loaded f.e. a bunch of popcorn-cars, which
kind of gets hard to place twice.

This "park" has a symbolic price of 50 and an upkeep of 26.

To balance this a bit, I increased the fire hazard (0->15) and tolerance (20->35) slightly.
And because a fire truck will fit the scene from time to time, i guess.
(This didn't happen to me while I tested and took the screenshots, so it shouldn't be too often)

Connecting this to a highway with noise barrier will always fit the scene.

This comes with a polished ingame-icon as seen on pics.

To those who may not know how to place such assets:
1. Drag a temporary road near the spot where you want to place the park.
2. Place the Park.
3. Delete the temporary road and connect the streets with yours
