I was just going off what the Building Name List mod reports.

I just loaded in the asset editor to check whats going on and it's also telling me it's 3x3 even though it is actually visibly occupying 3x4 with a 3x4 editable area. I assume they changed how dynamic backyards are recognized or something since the actual model just very barely fits in the 3x3.
Did you see it spawn as 3x3 somewhere? I'd treat it as a display bug on the games side otherwise.
