Dim Flashlight (Left 4 Dead Beta-style)

This addon will override the existing flashlight with a very dim version instead. Inspired by the flashlight seen in the early, pre-release videos of Left 4 Dead (2007). The main reason I made this is because I enjoy lighting effects (streetlights, ceiling, etc), and got tired of the flashlight drowning out all other light sources. The beam is strong enough to light dark hallways, but doesn't act like a sun.

Updated v1.1 - Realized it was a little too dark, raised brightness a bit.
