This is a prop. it will appear in the asset editor. or it may be seen in other assets that use it. check the linked collection if you want a ploppable building variant of this model.

Getting a preview image for steam is a little tricky. first you need to have a screen shot ready to go before you save your new prop asset. when you save it, the "blueprint" default pic will have a tiny little folder in the bottom right corner. click this and it will take you to a temporary upload folder. put your screen shots in there and then they will be available and link to your prop.

if you forget to do this at save time you will have another opportunity before you publish.
