Higher Education Achievement

Описание
Use this save to achieve Higher Education (Have over 70% of citizens highly educated in a city of over 10,000 people).

- Population 15K, 70% are highly educated
- Load the save game
- Open up the Education Info View
- Run the game for 2/3 weeks
- The 70% will become 71% and you will receive the achievement


Please note you will probably need;

- Mod Achievement Enabler (download here)
- Fill The Houses (download here)
- Super Demand (download here)
- Unlimited Money (default in game Mod)
- I suggest all others are disabled

Not working for me. Did wait about 15min per load (loaded about 5 times each).
1) Did only use mods listed from this save-file
2) Achievements & unlimited
3) No mods

Worked first try, I had Achievement Enabler and Unlimited Money turned on, took about 2 minutes if that. Thank you!

It still works (same as Joni, 20 seconds wait at x3 speed).

Works as advertised :)

Except instead of 2/3 weeks I got the achievement in only 3 days +1
