This building contains a CUSTOM prop, its my watertower. If you want it to appear in your game, you need to subscribe it aswell, its attached to this content. But just to be sure, here is the link:

I does load the building, its just the prop that is not loaded, which is fine. Its a 6 year old ugly building, if you can live with a red error in loading manager, feel free to use it, if not.. unsub :) Another 40k more and I can delete this ugly building ;)
