This is a tier 6 monument.

This outstanding structure is the ultimate hotel. Rated at 7 stars, any guest here will be a high roller, with the occassional low income family able to raise the money to stay at this grandeous location. Be wary to have good infastructure to accomodate the workers for this building as it will require all the classes from uneducated, to highly educated staff.

UPDATE [11/04/2015]
- V2 Lowered upkeep by half (now 15,000)

Thanks! This one is effectively obselete now that I have released the After Dark verison, there was some issues overwriting the same file.

The AD has an updated LOD that makes it look much better at a distance
