Worn M16A4 Operator

As requested by Oleh.

Rail covers removed, Colt markings added even though Colt don't make the M16A4. Whatev's yo.

Credits:
-Austin (for the rail cover removal alphas)
-CrazyRus (for Colt markings)

Removed phong because dirty stuff isn't shiny... and NWI waaaay overphonged Insurgency.

Have a version with the front sight removed for those that prefer clear optics.

The worn carry handle is a separate mod so people can use irons of their choice.
