A gigantic city has been found on an atoll in the middle of the pacific ocean.


-Built on a customized map (+ volcanic crators)
-Concentric circle designed and well-planned city with green areas
-Approx pop : 180,000
-9 Tile used
-No mods have been used.
-Metros(subways) based transportation
