This is a Prop, it will appear on many of my buildings. You dont need this Prop to use my buildings, but it gives them an extra NY touch.

If you wanna decorate your buildings with this prop, you find it in the Parkbenchmenu inside the asseteditor.

I know it's not a big deal because it's a prob, but this has no thubnail it the Content Manager.
