They are nice assets, sorry to mention, but LSM reported this in output.txt:

The icons are working? I always assumed they were broken because they show up as the generic white building icons in my asset editor. :rage:

Cool.I would very much appreciate that. .In fact I was trying to extract some myself with OpenIV and Gims in 3dsmax but the textures came out scrambled in the cities skylines asset editor after exporting it as an FBX.
