NY high density Buildings

Beskrivelse

1x4 Level 1 Low density residental Building, the game thems to spawn 1x4 less often then bigger lots, so you may need to create a specific 1x4 Residental area as you can see in the second Image.

Model and Textures are made by myself, more of these Buildings will follow soon.

No clones yet. As the buildings get bigger/taller with progressing building Level

Can you tell me if the Build Theme you share also creates clones of buildings?
When and if the Build Themes mod is able to share I'd like the reassurance that cloning will be seamlessly passed over with the Share.

There is a brooklyn theme ;) this one is just not part because its very old

Are you using Build Theme mod? It is essential! ;can increase likelyhood of a single building to spawn quicker or not! When done with Theme, share it!
