[Legacy] Small Advanced Rotor

Description
Game has small advanced rotor since v201, this mod is no longer needed.

Old description:

A smallship 1x1x1 advanced rotor.

Works exacly like the advanced rotor except that it's smaller and only permits small components through (just like the small conveyors).

It has the same force and height offset as the normal small rotor and costs slightly more than it.

@GadenKerensky Nah, vanilla one has wider movement in Z axis, and has no gaping hole when detached. Good mod but the time has come for it.

I wonder if this is somehow better than the new vanilla one.
