[MoD] Rooms Anytime [Alpha 31]

Now rooms can be placed whether or not they meet any qualification at all (indoors, research, whatever).

Cells now also work indoors or outdoors and with or without jail doors so you can create bay holding areas and keeps. Also useful if you like to connect cells and showers without connecting doors.

This mod is mainly designed for helping remember which rooms have been planned during prison planning mode, but there is another mod that does that already, cleverly dubbed Planning Mod here: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=322182716

Note that certain areas will cause supplies to start shipping in even when the room doesn't meet the necessary requirements (kitchen, forestry, cleaning cupboards).

May conflict with other mods (such as the popular Prison Architect HD) that affect room sizes and requirements.
