C-14 Gauss Rifle Sound (Heavy Rifle)

Uses the C-14 Impaler Gauss Rifle firing sound from Starcraft 1 to give the Heavy Rifle that extra DAKA feel it deserves. There is a simular mod on the workshop already but the creator put a burst fire sound clip for a gun that uses single shot fire sounds for its entire sound loop, leading to the sound still playing abit after you let off the trigger. This is my first time making a VPK mod so there may be oversight issues I'll have to iron out.
