You may use it as a standalone or use it for the Swaparaman Faction mod from the Nexus wich also contains:

Ascendancy Dos-Game (1995) by Logic Factory is an early 4x-Space-Game wich has the most unique artistic approach of all 4x-games as far as I know. In the original game the Swaparamans - Energy Doublers - were famous for their spectacular escape from their Frutmaka Nemesis due to their phenomenal energy storage capabilities.
