[V-Script] SMG And Pistol Gibbing

Omschrijving
Allows SMGs and pistols to gib common infected.

Since the way this mod checks where you hit an infected is pretty limited, you won't get the same kind of gibbing that regular weapons do (ie you can't shoot an infected's ♥♥♥♥ off for example) but i still think it gets the job done.

Yup, that other mod just turns on a cvar used in realism. It also sometimes explodes infected's heads and i didn't like that, so i made this mod
