ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Adds the Xenon M0 with an elite escort fleet to defend Xenon Shipyards.
Intended to prevent the Xenon from dying to NPC factions and provide the player with a "final boss" to fight with their end-game fleet.

The Xenon must build these ships at shipyards. They do not spawn out of thin air.
If you want them to spawn out of thin air, add the sub-mod.
The M0 fleet does not leave the shipyard sectors.
it would be far too powerful for the NPC factions to defend against it.

The M0 itself and his escort fleet is strongly buffed, as they are intended to be elite "hero" units.
Normal Xenon ships are not changed.
The buff to the M0 and his escort stack on top of the buffs from Xenon Quality.

The base M0 blueprint is purchasable from the Yaki, but the true power comes from capturing the active Xenon ship.
It uses the Xenon H's Boarding Resistance mechanic. You must be capture it in one attempt. The boarding resistance resets upon failure.

Ships within the escort are capturable according to vanilla rules and still have the buffed stats when captured. They therefore make a good prize.

The AI unfortunately struggles to use the main beam like it does with an Asgard.
If it does hit, it will destroy any ship.
It still has considerable firepower without the beam.

It is compatible with VRO using this patch, but I have no experience with VRO.

Kha'ak equivalent here.

Warning:
The M0 fleet will only patrol the shipyard sectors, but it is possible for them to leave these sectors under certain conditions.

Xenon are spread across the galaxy in pockets yet considered to be one faction. The jobs system can order a fleet from another pocket instead of directly building it.

For example, Atiya's Misfortune could order the fleet from Savage Spur instead of building it themselves. If this is the case, the fleet will path between Spur and Atiya, causing destruction along the route. This effect is more pronounced if added to an existing save.

Unfortunately I am unable to solve this issue. It is a vanilla problem with the jobs system. It is also responsible for other unwanted behaviour like the Xenon death spiral from attempting to send SE to other pockets but them dying en route.

@Ram Have you changed the characteristics of its guards ? Or was its escort not modified in terms of characteristics ?
If you changed the characteristics of the escort M0, then they also need to be changed under VRO.
