Make sure you use the terminals.
The clues are written on the walls.
Oh and please USE THE CLONES they will help you in your Quest into Finding them...

Thanks, got it. What I assumed were clones, were NPCs.

I have just tried it again and yes it works "press E to Take Control"

I can assure you they do work make sure its the clones and not the NPC that you are trying to activate there are only 2 clones and they are on the towers not in the windows or on the walls
try again...
