How can I help you, Stardust?

ISAT SPOILER NOTE: this character doesn't necessarily have spoilers for the game “In Stars and Time” by insertdisc5 as a big percent of this moveset is improvised/interpreted by me, but it is worth knowing that there are spoiler-ly elements to this character in terms of vibes.

Trapped in stars and time for all eternity, Loop (from “In Stars and Time”) is cursed to battle in rivals again, again, again.

Loop (They/Them) has the ability to loop to their stars, pulling one out during their neutral special that they can loop to by using the special while it’s out, and down special having a star circle Loop that they will loop to before the timer runs out. The longer you charge up Loops neutral special, the longer/farther the star will initially be spun, you can continue spinning the star by hitting it with using forward special. Pressing the shield button during down special makes Loop perform a counter that can put the opponent in a special status effect.

When a opponent has this special status, Loop gains the ability to loop to the opponent when they use down special. If a opponent with the special status effect gets hit by Loop when they loop to their star with neutral special, loop freezes the area around them with tears that can temporarily freeze any opponents with the special status effect. This tear move can also be performed by using down special to loop to star placed from neutral special when there are no opponents with the special status effect.
