Civilization: Huanglong - Jinzhou
Civilization Ability: Peach Blossom Paradise Beyond the Pass
Farms and mines additionally produce culture and food or production with technologies and civics (Irrigation, Machinery, Industrialization, Civil Engineering), providing adjacency bonuses for campuses and encampments (faith); regions and wonders +2 housing, construction speed +15%; city centers and specialized regions +1 amenity in peacetime, +3 city combat strength in wartime; has an exclusive governor: Jinhsi.
Leader: Jinhsi (Magistrate Of Jinzhou)
Leader Ability: Thawborn Renewal
+0.5 food per population, doubled if in snow or tundra. When a city reaches 4 population, +1 faith per population; at 6 population, districts can be purchased with gold, buildings with faith; at 11 population, all units can be purchased with faith; Gradually increase purchase discounts, and gain culture, science, production, and gold from faith. At 15 population, these two ratios are 20%, up to 60% at 30 population. Gain double Great Writer points and half Great Musician points.
Unique District: Mianloong Chamber
Exclusive district of Jinzhou, replacing the Holy Site, only one can be built. +3 faith, gain food equal to adjacency bonuses; after construction, reduce the cost of purchasing cells by 15%; protect all units of Jinzhou from disasters, and the civilization from floods; allow farms to be built on snow and tundra, and make up for the food reduced due to terrain; give simple fortifications to this city during wartime.
Unique Great Person: Sentinel
Guide of Jinzhou Civilization, Sentinel "Jue", replaces the Great Prophet. Upon spawning, grants 1 unique Luxury Resource Loong Scale and reveals 10-Tile radius Vision; grants 1 Governor Title when founding a Religion. Unlocked after completing the Mianloong Chamber.
Unique Great Person: Leader of the Midnight Rangers
"Jiyan", unique Great General of Jinzhou, with enhanced abilities. Grants 5 unique Luxury Resources Gulpuff upon retirement. Unlocked after completing the first Encampment.
Unique Great Person: The Counselor of Magistrate
"Changli", Jinhsi's mentor, volunteered to leave the Capital of Huanglong to teach and assist Jinhsi in Jinzhou. Unique Great Scientist of Jinzhou, increases Eurekas and Inspirations by 5%, and grants 3 Civics. Unlocked after completing the City Center.
Unique Great Person: The Wealthiest Merchant in Jinzhou
Reduce the science and culture produced per turn by the current city by 20%, gold production by 200%, and +120% production.
Unique Improvement: Jinzhou Morning Market
Unique improvement of Jinzhou, gain 1 loong buns after construction. +1 food, +3 gold, gain additional output with technology unlocks; gain corresponding output or gold from adjacent districts, wonders, farms, and mines, and provide corresponding adjacency bonuses; each city can build at most one. After completing the Flight technology, gain tourism equal to the appeal of the cell.
Unique Building: Huanglan - The Grand Libraries
Unique building of Jinzhou, replacing the Library, gain faith equal to the adjacency bonus of the campus. Randomly unlock a Eureka for a technology, if this city has a campus with high adjacency bonus (+3), give a random technology instead; the Research Lab gains the same effect.
Unique Governor: Magistrate
Govern with Virtue: +10% food in this city, +5% food in other cities; units +5 combat strength in battles with barbarians; cities with a governor in office can purchase districts with faith at 6 population. Prosperous People and Abundant Goods: +3 trade route capacity; trade routes +1 faith, +2 gold, +1 production and +1 science if in a Golden Age, otherwise +1 food and +1 culture. Unlock additional improvements (100% each) with Guilds civic, Banking technology, and Capitalism civic. Hands-On Governance: Faith can be used to purchase city center buildings; +1 economic policy slot in peacetime, faith can purchase civilian units, otherwise +1 military policy slot, can purchase military units; units +1 movement in the corresponding period. Harmonious Governance and People: If in a Golden Age, Great Person points produced per turn increase by 20%, otherwise builders +1 charge and +1 movement. To-Do List: Unlock series of unique projects Unity and Prayer; all cities +5% production in peacetime, otherwise +50% combat unit production speed, +200% military project completion speed. Happy Reunion Arc: All cities +2 amenities in peacetime, otherwise units +5 combat strength; +5% science in Golden Age, otherwise +5% culture.
Unique Project: Prayer
Unique project of Jinzhou, provide faith equal to 60% of this city's production per turn. Unlocked after Governor Jinhsi gains the upgrade "To-Do List".
Leader: Jinhsi (Parallel Universe)
Leader Ability: Industrial Cluster
City +5 food, +10 gold, +1 district slot, faith reduced by 35%, +1.2 production and +0.3 science per population, but additionally consume 0.7 food and 2 gold; the aforementioned effects are doubled when there is an industrial zone, and doubled again when there is sufficient electricity. The city center additionally requires 10 electricity. When the number of specialized districts reaches 2/3/5/7, gain: 1 trade route capacity and merchant, improved increased output (every 2 districts +1 corresponding output or gold output), additional standard adjacency bonuses between districts, increased output of buildings and wonders (every 2 districts +1). When reaching 10, this city additionally gives science equal to 50% of the country's gold income per turn.
Unique District: High-Tech Industrial Zone
Unique industrial zone, unlocked with Bronze Working. +100% construction speed, +3 electricity, +10% output from harvesting and removing terrain, +5% production and +5 gold trade route output after unlocking Industrialization; after completion, make internal buildings and water conservancy districts gain the same effect.
Unique Unit: Rover
The only unit given at the start, with a unique upgrade tree. 20% chance to capture barbarian units, 20% chance to capture barbarians as builders or settlers. +5 experience, 50 gold, and 20 faith when exploring tribal villages; can gain additional combat strength from units that die within 1 tile around; retreat to the capital or the nearest Jinzhou Morning Market when defeated.

@濡祎 感谢大佬的喜欢~已经上线的功能肯定不会擅自更改了。不过如果你愿意动手的话,还是可以改的,找到Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\3567447705\Data这个文件夹,点开Modifiers_Jinhsi.sql这个文件,找到ROVER_QYQXP_SETTLER_CAPTURE相关的三条,全部注释掉(前面加两横 --)就可以了。

很好mod!爱来自今汐厨!感谢作者的努力付出!另外想问下该如何删除漂泊者技能树里的捕获功能,感觉有点变态,后期经常1t杀出来三四个开拓,手动删单位又太烦了
