IC10Sync

Mô tả
IC10Sync
This is a Plugin Mod.
It requires Bepinex to be installed with the StationeersLaunchPad plugin.
See: https://github.com/StationeersLaunchPad/StationeersLaunchPad

Tired of copy-pasting code between editor and game? Here a mod for you
Mod for Stationeers that allows you to edit your IC10s directly in your favorite text editor.
It will sync your IC10s every 10 seconds.

When new IC10 is crafted, it will automatically appear in "%USERPROFILE%/Documents/My Games/Stationeers/chipdata" folder
- you can change the path in the config file.
You can edit the IC10s in any text editor, and when you save the file, it will automatically sync to the game.

Note that those files are going to be overwritten every time you load the game.

Works in multiplayer

Could just make it so the sync is to the "code" on the computer/laptop itself? So then it could do the export/import to the IC10 chip

Can you add two buttons on the in-game code editor UI, one that automatically open the file I'm currently on in /chipdata using the windows default program, the other button just open /chipdata folder in explore?

Agree that it makes process a little bit simpler, yet I'd say most fun and struggles comes from the coding itself :)
How do you imagine the flow with computers? Only allow to edit/read chips that's somehow connected to laptop or computer?

this looks really cool as a concept and great for use in a creative world (i will definately be using it)

but i would think would trivialise IC10 stuff in a survival setting as based on the description would permit any IC that is in place to be edited without needing it to be connected to a computer or inserted into a laptop, do you think it would be possible to make a version of configuration option that would require one of the standard editing methods to be applied in order to be able to edit an ic externally aswell?

I'll probably never use it but I'm subscribed now.
