The mysterious green ghost pal, Miru from Pac & Pal comes packed with abilities from the game with references to other PAC-MAN history.

Moveset:

Neutral Special - Rally-X
Charge up a car that can travel across the screen.

Side Special - Sound Shower
Fire off multiple music notes, can be angled up anytime while only angled down mid-air.

Up Special - Galaxian Carry
Get carried by a Galaxian ship for a few seconds.

Down Special - Ice Attack
Pull out a Snowman that fires off an ice beam, if it lands the last hit as a tipper it will freeze grounded opponents for a few seconds.

For being such a deep cut, this character is really polished. The only issue I can really think of is that it doesn't feel like the tipper on the forward air is as strong as it should be... maybe I'm just not used enough to rivals to know what the average aerial knockback is.
