Elf Destiny Lite V2

Opis
An updated and upgraded version of the Elf Destiny Lite mod which includes:

1. Expanded MAA and culture flavor

2. Original mod bloodlines and ascension mechanics

3. Invitation of new elves to expand your elven empire

4. starting decision to become an elf

PS: Some traits from the original mod exist, but are non functional and not implemented correctly. You can use them on the ruler designer but they will break your game. So stick with Elf Blood, Elf and High Elf for now.

Yes, like I said in the description I haven't finished implementing everything, so these traits exist but are unusable.
