Standalone Togglers

adds toggle spells. they toggle things. conditional logic included!
there are 3 toggle colors with seperate on/off states.
states are stored on a per-wand basis.
also includes spells to toggle when you right click
adds 2 requirement spells for each color, one normal one inverted logic.

inspired by the spells in graham's things.
this is a standalone mod that adds nothing else. perfect for those who enjoy the UNIX philosophy.
