Buff rename

Select language 'English (Buff)' to get full effect:

1) frequency and during of field events and mixers are marked in their names.

i.e. Amplify(6/2) means Amplify occurs every 6 chapters and lasts 2 chapters.

2) Most effect name are now their actual effects. The original names are put in to description.

i.e. Hardened Scales is changed into +[stack]ATK(c,KO), which means:"Gain stack number of ATK, effect expires on KO and its duration is calculated in c,chapters". Other than c & KO, there are t,turn, b,battle and h,hit.

3) Added effects to the names of bounty hunter items.

4) Visualization of bounty hunter contract details.

5) Added name to passive according to the corresponding effect name
