Delray Highroad with the cheapest V8.

Changes:
-Engine swapped to V8 SOHC FME,
-Steel whels,
-Removed ABS,
-Details like price or weight.

No DLC need.

After playing Pacific Drive I got back into loving Station wagons, especially Buick Roadmaster 1996. This mod seems to be exactly about that car. Great job. Thank you
