Imperial Dry Docks

Adds two hangar dock space stations from the galactic empire, there are two variants, the regular dry docks, and super dry docks for docking super star destroyers.

A couple can be found in the solar system, the rest are present around some planets from my custom star systems (which you can find if you are subscribed to them)
